Sydney M. Lima is a transactional business attorney with more than two decades of experience in corporate transactions.

Known for her strategic and client-service-oriented approach, Sydney assists business owners with operational issues, private offerings/placements, financing options for growth, and restructuring. Sydney has handled virtually all aspects of business, including mergers, loan transactions, corporate governance, disclosure matters, asset acquisitions, divestitures, contract negotiation, leasing, and licensing. Her practice emphasizes advising privately held companies, and she also acts as outside general counsel to clients, advising on various issues, including formation, shareholder agreements, and internal corporate structuring.
